Kong is seeking a Sales Recruiter to build a world-class revenue engine by identifying elite sales talent. You'll work closely with EMEA Sales Leaders and utilize MEDDIC-driven assessments. This role requires strong skills in strategic sourcing and candidate evaluation.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in sales roles, and understand the nuances of identifying top-tier talent. Your experience allows you to assess candidates not just on their resumes but on their actual sales acumen and deal mechanics. You are comfortable conducting deep-dive competency interviews and can effectively filter candidates based on their strategic selling capabilities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly scaling organization.
Desirable
Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the technology sector. You are proactive in your approach to sourcing and headhunting, always looking for innovative ways to attract the best candidates. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand their needs is crucial to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Sales Recruiter at Kong, you will own the hiring strategy for critical revenue roles, including Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives and Sales Leaders. You will partner with EMEA Sales Leaders to ensure that every candidate you present meets the high standards required for success in a competitive sales environment. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments based on the MEDDIC framework, digging deep into candidates' past experiences to evaluate their deal mechanics and sales processes.
You will be responsible for strategic sourcing and headhunting, utilizing various channels to identify and engage with potential candidates. Your expertise in recruitment will allow you to audit candidates' sales acumen effectively, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills to close significant deals. You will not only pass over CVs but will actively engage with candidates to understand their motivations and fit for the roles.
