You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes working closely with enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive value. You excel at building relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs and finance operations teams, ensuring that they maximize the benefits of the services provided. You are data-driven and can analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to their long-term satisfaction with the product.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate finance and expense management solutions. You may have a background in sales or account management, which complements your customer success expertise. A strong understanding of financial technology trends and challenges will help you provide valuable insights to clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that align with each customer's business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of Brex’s solutions. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify any potential issues before they escalate. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators to measure the success of customer engagements and report on these metrics to senior management. You will also lead training sessions for clients to help them understand and utilize the full range of Brex’s offerings effectively.
