What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise customer happiness to new heights β€” you'll advise and guide a variety of customers within the US market, helping them successfully launch and adopt Frontify's brand platform. Your mission is to ensure that customers not only use the platform but also leverage it to create impactful campaigns and enhance their brand presence. You will build and maintain strategic relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to your clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements β€” your insights will help shape the future of the platform. Additionally, you will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
