What you'll do
As the Quality Operations Manager for ROW Product Distribution, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality assurance processes for product distribution in the Rest of the World (ROW) markets. You will ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including regulatory affairs, supply chain, and manufacturing, to implement quality systems and processes that support the distribution of our therapies. Your role will involve conducting audits, managing quality investigations, and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members to enhance their understanding of quality operations.
In addition, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining quality metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that our quality operations remain compliant and effective.
