What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at BrightEdge, you will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle from launch to ongoing support — you will work closely with clients to ensure they are effectively utilizing the BrightEdge platform to achieve their organic search goals. You will evangelize the value of SEO analytics and provide strategic guidance to help customers optimize their digital content.
