What you'll do

You will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that all services delivery initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic vision. Your responsibilities will include standardizing engagement processes with prospects and managing existing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. You will serve as a senior advisor, helping to structure engagements and ensuring that projects are executed with rigor and transparency.
