Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on growth and user activation. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a track record of successfully converting free users into paying subscribers. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, is essential for driving product improvements. You are comfortable with experimentation and iteration, always seeking ways to enhance the user experience and optimize the activation funnel.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry or with financial products is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies will help you succeed in this role. You are passionate about creating transparent and fair financial products that genuinely help users improve their financial health.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager II on the Growth team, you will own key parts of the activation funnel, focusing on converting free users into activated, paying subscribers. You will drive measurable improvements through experimentation and iteration, working closely with engineering and design teams to enhance the early user journey. Your role will involve defining success metrics, conducting user research, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will also be responsible for prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback and business goals.
You will collaborate with marketing to ensure that product experiences align with go-to-market strategies, and you will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap. Your insights will help guide the team in making informed decisions that impact user acquisition and retention. You will also mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
