What you'll do

In this role, you will own the user, usage, and revenue expansion strategy across PandaDoc's freemium, trials, and paid tiers — your goal is to build pathways that drive workflow activation and integration adoption. You will lead initiatives that make PandaDoc indispensable in customers' daily operations, fueling organic growth and multi-team engagement.

You will leverage AI for rapid prototyping and personalization, ensuring that user flows are optimized for maximum engagement. Your responsibilities will include ideating, instrumenting, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end, allowing you to measure impact through real usage rather than just presentations.

You will develop deep insights into user workflows and team dynamics, partnering closely with various teams to ensure that product features align with user needs. Your role will also involve defining success metrics and tracking performance to continuously improve the product experience.
