You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement in compensation practices and are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive workplace. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the global and local salary architecture, ensuring that salary ranges, bands, and levels are aligned with industry standards and internal equity. You will support the execution of annual salary review cycles, promotions, and adjustments, ensuring they align with the company's strategic plan. Your role will involve participating in the administration of variable compensation plans and long-term incentives, ensuring their correct application across the organization.

You will conduct market intelligence analysis to assess external competitiveness and internal equity, managing survey providers to gather relevant data. Your insights will directly impact employee satisfaction and retention, making your contributions vital to the overall success of Cabify's people strategy. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure that our compensation practices are transparent and equitable, fostering a culture of trust and fairness.
