You have a strong background in total rewards programs, with experience in benefits, compensation, and payroll administration. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently makes you a valuable asset to the team. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational support, ensuring that the total rewards programs align with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and administration of GHJ's total rewards programs, focusing on benefits, compensation, and payroll. You will act as a liaison with key external vendors, such as Dayforce for HRIS and Puzzle HR for payroll management, ensuring accurate and compliant delivery of services. Your responsibilities will include managing the annual Open Enrollment process, overseeing benefits and retirement plan administration, and facilitating compensation review cycles. You will also be involved in bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring that all transactions are executed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will work closely with the People Operations team to enhance the overall employee experience, providing support and guidance throughout the total rewards process. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong vendor relationships and resolving any issues that may arise, contributing to the overall success of GHJ's total rewards initiatives.
