Who you are
You have experience in compensation analysis and program administration — you've successfully driven competitive compensation and benefits programs in previous roles. Your analytical skills allow you to perform deep-dive research and competitor analysis to ensure that base pay, bonuses, and benefits remain attractive and competitive. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to continuous learning and excellence.
You understand the importance of strategic communication — you can create and distribute educational content that helps employees comprehend the full value of their compensation package. You are detail-oriented and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting the end-to-end delivery of rewards cycles, including incentive plans and recognition awards.
What you'll do
As a Total Rewards Analyst at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for performing market benchmarking to ensure that our compensation packages are competitive. You will partner with the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence to standardize policies and programs across various international regions and business units. Your role will involve supporting the administration of rewards cycles, which includes managing incentive plans and benefit enrollments.
You will create and distribute educational materials, such as presentations and brochures, to help employees understand their compensation packages. Your contributions will directly impact our organizational goals and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a dynamic team in a supportive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences, allowing you to develop your skills and grow within the company.
