What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in managing FloQast's global compensation, rewards, and recognition programs. You will lead the design and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, executing compensation plans, and communicating changes effectively to stakeholders. You will also be involved in managing international benefits and wellness programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
You will work closely with the People team to ensure that all compensation programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating the effectiveness of compensation strategies and making recommendations for improvements. As you drive these initiatives, you will also focus on change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and buy-in from all stakeholders.
