You have experience in operations management, ideally within logistics or supply chain environments β you've successfully designed and implemented operational processes that enhance efficiency and minimize risks. You understand the importance of establishing solid workflows that ensure business continuity and optimal service levels.
You are skilled in integrating new clients into existing operational frameworks β your ability to execute onboarding processes ensures that new accounts align seamlessly with standardized procedures, maintaining order and resource efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with managers and specialists to achieve common goals.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor and optimize profitability effectively β you are comfortable working with KPIs to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Your proactive approach helps in making data-driven decisions that enhance operational outcomes.
What you'll do
As a Crossdock Coordinator at Cabify, you will play a crucial role in designing and standardizing operational processes within the logistics team. You will establish robust workflows that guarantee business continuity and minimize operational risks, ensuring that the operation remains resilient in the face of contingencies while maintaining optimal service levels.
You will be responsible for integrating and aligning new clients with the business unit, executing the onboarding of new accounts to ensure their operations fit perfectly within the established standardized processes.
