Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue management and marketplace optimization, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to design economic models and pricing mechanisms that maximize transaction value and operational efficiency. You are proficient in SQL and have experience conducting A/B tests to validate your strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the logistics or mobility sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace dynamics. You have a keen understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on revenue and customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly makes you an effective collaborator across teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the revenue management strategies for Cabify's marketplace, focusing on optimizing the matching between supply and demand. You will design and implement pricing rules and economic models that enhance revenue, margin, and fill rates. Your responsibilities will include defining criteria for demand allocation based on price, service level agreements, capacity, costs, and compliance probabilities. You will collaborate with product and technology teams to prioritize developments that ensure scalability and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you will execute experiments such as A/B tests and controlled pilots to refine your strategies and improve processes.
