Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue management and optimization, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to design effective pricing models and strategies that maximize revenue and operational efficiency. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and technology, to ensure alignment with business objectives. You have experience in conducting experiments, such as A/B tests, to validate your strategies and improve marketplace performance.
You are passionate about improving urban mobility and understand the importance of connecting supply and demand effectively. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives that drive significant impact. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the revenue management strategies for Cabify's marketplace, focusing on optimizing the matching between supply and demand. You will design and implement pricing mechanisms that maximize transaction value and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include defining economic criteria for supply allocation based on various factors such as price, service level agreements, capacity, and cost. You will collaborate closely with product and technology teams to prioritize developments that ensure scalability and alignment with business goals.
You will also be responsible for maximizing revenue, margin, and fill rate through better utilization of available supply. This involves leading key optimization functions within the marketplace, including pricing strategies and management tools to enhance offer and allocation processes. You will conduct experiments to test new strategies and refine existing ones, ensuring that Cabify remains competitive in the market.
