Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in business development or ecosystem management, ideally within the technology or semiconductor sectors. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to develop joint product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with partners and stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about open source technologies and understand their impact on enterprise solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the open source community or familiarity with Linux-based systems is a plus. You have a track record of successfully managing partnerships and driving collaborative initiatives that lead to mutual growth. A technical background in software or hardware development will help you navigate discussions with engineering teams and partners.

What you'll do

As the Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager, you will lead efforts to establish and nurture relationships with leading semiconductor companies. Your role will involve developing joint product roadmaps that align with Canonical's strategic goals and the needs of our partners. You will drive the delivery of collaborative projects, ensuring that both Canonical and its partners achieve their objectives. Additionally, you will formulate go-to-market plans that leverage open source technologies to create innovative solutions for enterprise customers.

You will work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market. Your ability to think strategically and execute effectively will be crucial in this role.
