What you'll do

As the Business Services Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the planning and execution of company events that involve travel for hundreds of employees from over 80 countries. You will oversee all aspects of travel procurement and logistics, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to align event objectives with company culture and strategy. You will also be responsible for managing the expense policy and ensuring fairness and consistency in expense claim approvals across teams. This position requires you to think critically and creatively to solve problems as they arise, particularly in relation to travel complications and visa issues. You will play a key role in shaping the team's approach to event management, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
