Canonical is hiring a Manager of Enterprise Open Source Sales Team to lead regional sales teams across the globe. You'll drive the adoption of open source solutions in the enterprise sector. This role requires strong leadership and sales management experience.

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in open source software or technology solutions. Your leadership skills shine as you manage teams of sales representatives, guiding them to achieve their targets and grow their skills. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of five to ten enterprise sales representatives, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with Canonical's mission to accelerate the adoption of open source software in the enterprise. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that your sales strategies are aligned with the overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for your team, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and feedback to help them achieve their goals. You will also be involved in recruiting and training new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles. As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging them to share best practices and learn from one another.
