You have extensive experience in customer success management, particularly with enterprise clients, and have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Your strategic mindset allows you to serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them achieve their business objectives through effective planning and execution.
You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services teams to align on customer needs and business outcomes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any organization.
You are adept at managing complex customer relationships, particularly with large organizations that have multi-million-dollar compensation programs. Your experience enables you to navigate challenges and provide solutions that drive long-term success for your clients.
What you'll do
As the Principal Customer Success Manager, you will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion. You will work closely with our largest global customers, typically those with over 2,000 employees, to ensure they derive maximum value from our platform.
You will utilize structured planning to help customers achieve their long-term success, partnering with senior and executive stakeholders to align on business outcomes. Your role will involve gathering real-time feedback from customers to influence product development and enhance our offerings.
You will lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but also advocates for our solutions. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our customer success strategies and driving the overall success of our enterprise clients.
