Your experience in sales enablement and customer advocacy equips you to mentor your team while also driving high-level positioning in the market. You are passionate about solving complex problems and are committed to empowering your team to achieve their goals.

Experience in a high-growth technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with incentive compensation management or sales performance management. You are adaptable and open to learning, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in product marketing.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping CaptivateIQ's market presence during a pivotal transition from a single-product flagship to a multi-product portfolio. You will lead a talented team of five, focusing on product marketing, sales enablement, and customer advocacy. Your role will involve developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and training to drive pipeline and win deals.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define high-level positioning while also diving into the tactical aspects of execution. This includes creating compelling messaging and proof points that resonate with customers and prospects. You will also oversee the development of sales enablement materials and training programs, ensuring that the field has the resources needed to expand accounts and drive revenue performance.

Your leadership will be critical in maintaining a player-coach mentality, allowing you to mentor your team while also contributing to the overall strategy. You will work to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to share ideas and best practices. By operating at both strategic and tactical levels, you will ensure that CaptivateIQ remains competitive in the market and continues to empower high-growth companies.
