Overview

CaptivateIQ is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Builder Experience within their Incentive Compensation Management product line. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customer experience teams to create intuitive and scalable compensation modeling solutions. This role requires strong collaboration and product management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your background includes a strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, design, and customer experience teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform product decisions and improve user engagement. You have a knack for simplifying complex processes, making them accessible and user-friendly for a diverse range of customers.

Desirable

Experience in incentive compensation management or sales performance management is a plus. Familiarity with no-code solutions and enterprise software development will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and have a proven track record of managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Builder Experience for CaptivateIQ's Incentive Compensation Management product line, ensuring that customers can easily model, configure, and manage their compensation logic. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop no-code workflows and modeling primitives that enhance user experience. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, conducting user research, and validating features through testing and feedback. You will also work closely with customer experience teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet the needs of users and drive satisfaction. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and customer needs.
