CarGurus is seeking a Dealer Relations Account Executive to maintain and grow their customer base in the Canada market. You'll analyze performance data and manage accounts to mitigate churn. This role requires strong customer relationship skills and a proactive approach to account management.

You understand the importance of customer retention and are skilled at identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You are adaptable and can navigate the evolving landscape of the automotive marketplace with ease.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with subscription-based business models will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools and performance analytics to track customer engagement and success. A background in sales or business development will enhance your ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

What you'll do

As a Dealer Relations Account Executive at CarGurus, you will focus on maintaining and growing our existing customer base in the Canada market. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing performance data to understand customer needs and trends. You will engage in re-negotiation of subscription rates to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction. Your role will also involve prospecting for potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, actively seeking ways to enhance the value we provide to our clients. You will manage accounts proactively, addressing and resolving any issues that customers may encounter to ensure a seamless experience. Building strong relationships with dealerships will be key to your success, as you will act as their primary point of contact. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product offerings and service improvements.
