CarGurus is seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager to lead the success, retention, and growth of their book of business. You'll work closely with dealer partners and internal stakeholders to provide consultative performance analysis and technical support.

What you'll do
As an Account Manager at CarGurus, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of dealer partners. Your role will involve guiding these partners through the customer lifecycle, ensuring they receive the maximum value from our products and services. You will conduct performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and growth, providing consultative support to enhance their experience with CarGurus. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on strategies that drive success for your dealers. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in fostering strong relationships and ensuring retention. You will also be responsible for addressing any technical support needs that arise, ensuring that dealers feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us.
