Overview

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in a startup environment where customer relationships are paramount. Your ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs sets you apart, and you thrive in a role where you can leverage your product knowledge to enhance customer experiences.

You are skilled in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex product features and benefits clearly. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and are comfortable discussing commercial aspects related to renewals and expansions. You believe in building long-term relationships and are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals through the use of Harmonic's tools.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Harmonic, you will own the entire customer relationship from onboarding through to upsells and future renewals. You will be the primary contact for your clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and guidance. Your role will involve understanding each client's unique needs and challenges, and working closely with them to maximize the value they derive from our services. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.

You will also be responsible for tracking client engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to inform your approach and improve service delivery. Your ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships. You will participate in regular check-ins with clients to discuss their progress and identify opportunities for further collaboration. Your success will be measured by client retention rates and the growth of accounts under your management.
