Carta is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join their APAC & MEA marketing team in Abu Dhabi. You'll be responsible for supporting the startup and investor ecosystem across the region. This role requires experience in field marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You have a strong background in field marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the nuances of marketing in the venture capital and private equity sectors, and you have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. Your ability to collaborate with sales and product teams is essential, as you will work closely with them to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You are data-driven, using analytics to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and make informed decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about building relationships and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
