What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Carta, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Carta's platform can enhance their operations. You will work closely with the EU Investors team to provide insights and support during the onboarding process, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the software to manage their portfolios and investor relationships. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform. Your expertise will help shape the future of private market infrastructure as you assist clients in navigating the complexities of fund administration.
