Overview
Showpad is hiring a Solutions Engineer to support the sales team by demonstrating the value of their solutions and assisting in customer engagement. You'll work with CRM, API, and SaaS technologies in London, with a hybrid work model.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-3 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consultant role, ideally within a SaaS environment. You possess a strong understanding of customer technology stacks and how solutions can fit into their ecosystems. Your ability to engage with customers and present compelling product demonstrations sets you apart. You are a trusted advisor who can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to uncover growth opportunities. Your technical expertise allows you to create custom demo environments tailored to customer use cases, showcasing the value of the Showpad solution. You are comfortable managing trial implementations and ensuring they convert to long-term customer relationships.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Showpad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential customers. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand customer needs and deliver engaging product demonstrations that inspire confidence in our offerings. Your responsibilities will include creating custom demo environments based on specific customer use cases and managing a portfolio of trial implementations to ensure successful conversions.
You will act as a technical resource, providing insights on CRM, SSO, CMS/DAM, API, and other related technologies. Your ability to understand and articulate how Showpad fits into a customer's technology ecosystem will be vital in driving sales success. You will also be responsible for delivering compelling presentations that highlight our product vision and revenue effectiveness, ensuring that customers see the full potential of our solutions.
