What you'll do

As a Talent Sourcer at Cartesia, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging world-class talent to support the growth of our GTM teams. You will source, screen, and support candidates through the early stages of the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

You will help build the GTM recruiting engine for a fast-scaling AI company, ensuring we attract talent that can drive revenue and support our mission. Your role will involve leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms to find the best candidates, as well as maintaining a pipeline of potential hires for future openings. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and share insights on market trends.
