CarTrawler is hiring a Senior Partner Relationship Manager to shape long-term relationships with strategic partners in North America. You are comfortable leading complex conversations and negotiations, demonstrating your ability to influence outcomes and drive performance. Your hands-on approach means you are not afraid to dive into the details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You understand the importance of commercial excellence and are committed to achieving results that align with organizational goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of CarTrawler's North American partnerships, shaping the direction and success of these relationships. You will work closely with trading, product, and commercial leaders to develop strategies that enhance collaboration and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions with partners to explore new opportunities, negotiating terms that benefit both parties, and ensuring that performance metrics are met. You will also be responsible for analyzing partnership performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your ability to influence and engage with stakeholders will be crucial as you work to strengthen existing relationships and foster new ones. You will attend the office at least once a week, allowing for face-to-face collaboration with your team and partners. This role offers flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected to the core team.
