What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the account management and success of a diverse book of business partners. You will drive strategy and support for a high-volume portfolio of creators, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources they need to thrive on the Patreon platform. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance creator engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and you will be expected to communicate these insights effectively to your partners. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive community around the creators you manage, helping them to build lasting relationships with their fans.
