Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairing complex electrical issues in vehicles. You are familiar with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, and you have experience working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.
What you'll do
As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. You will perform extensive repairs, including heavy engine work, and utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians to ensure that all vehicles meet our high standards before they are delivered to customers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians and help them develop their skills through our training programs. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will be essential in maintaining Carvana's reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
