What you'll do

As the Auto Detail Shop Quality Lead, you will manage the movement of vehicles in and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives.

You will engage with your team to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate steps to enhance performance. Regularly assessing team dynamics and providing constructive feedback will be key to your success. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow and uphold Carvana's commitment to delivering high-quality vehicles to customers.
