What you'll do

As the Automotive Quality Lead, you will be responsible for managing the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, setting production and quality goals that must be met consistently. Engaging with your team, you will provide guidance and support, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance. You will analyze production metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in the inspection process.
