Job Description
Who you are
You have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong analytical skills — you are comfortable using multiple internal systems to gather data and troubleshoot issues that may arise during transit. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral, allows you to serve as the first point of contact for Carvana-employed Vehicle Transporters and Advocates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to minimizing postponed deliveries through root cause analysis and continuous monitoring of exceptions.
You are experienced in providing real-time support to logistics field teams while maintaining route integrity and service levels. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with Vehicle Transporters, Logistics Field Leadership, Fleet Maintenance, Market Operations, and Network Planning to minimize network disruptions. You are proactive in locating and selecting vendors to drive excellent service while mitigating risks and downtime.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in resolving real-time on-road incidents moving across the Logistics Network by providing real-time incident management and support to all drivers. You will document real-time incidents accurately and communicate incident status and resolution plans to Logistics Field Leadership. Your responsibilities will include maximizing outbound capacity to increase on-time delivery and reduce transit times. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and Google Sheet expertise to help organize data and drive operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of exceptions and working to minimize disruptions in the network. You will be responsible for maintaining high service levels and ensuring that all deliveries are executed on time. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving improvements in the logistics process.
