What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of map validation operations for new geographic launches and ongoing maintenance. This involves designing detailed operational plans that define scope, prioritize tasks, and set timelines. You will assign and manage work across field operations teams, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks. Your role will require you to track performance against key metrics, focusing on map validation miles, coverage, quality, and throughput. You will identify new mapping and validation scenarios that arise from real-world complexities and work to operationalize effective solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to triage issues and continuously improve operational processes.
