You can clearly explain the rationale behind solutions and platforms, helping to onboard and support clients effectively. Your experience allows you to gather necessary information to support decision-making within the team. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for testing new features, acting as a subject matter expert in your field. Your ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner makes you an asset to both internal teams and external clients. You are adaptable and ready to contribute to a dynamic team that values knowledge sharing and support.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Specialist at Caseware, you will play a crucial role in advising on the features and design choices of our software. You will gather and analyze information to support the team in making informed decisions about product development. Your participation in testing new features will ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our users effectively. You will also act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to both internal teams and clients.
You will collaborate closely with the Cloud team, consisting of 12 driven colleagues, to maintain and enhance our current solutions. Your informal team environment will allow you to share knowledge and learn from others, fostering a culture of support and collaboration. You will help onboard new clients, ensuring they understand the platform and its capabilities, while also supporting existing clients with their inquiries and challenges.
