You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the art or auction sectors, and are comfortable leading commercial discussions with galleries, dealers, and artists. Your ability to structure high-value deals and manage a seller portfolio is key to your success. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about building long-term partnerships in the art market. You are open to feedback and eager to drive impact in your role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will actively win, negotiate, and grow strategic art sellers across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany. You will take ownership of your pipeline, structuring commercial incentives for top-tier sellers while measuring your success through GMV growth and deal quality. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the needs of your sellers are met and that they receive the best possible support from Catawiki. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
