OpenSpace is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead regional growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll manage revenue targets and mentor junior sales reps while leveraging your network in the construction ecosystem.

Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the construction ecosystem, and possess the regional knowledge and credibility necessary to drive growth in the DACH market. Your experience includes managing complex sales cycles and winning strategic accounts, demonstrating your ability to lead from the front while mentoring junior sales representatives. You understand the importance of building relationships and establishing a presence in the industry, which is crucial for success in this role.
You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute a territory strategy that includes account segmentation and prioritization. Your ability to create a repeatable pipeline engine through various channels, such as outbound efforts, referrals, and events, sets you apart as a leader in sales. You are comfortable managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and can align various parties, including site leadership and procurement, to achieve successful outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with account-based marketing strategies. You may also have a network of contacts that can help establish OpenSpace's presence in the region, enhancing your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead regional growth efforts for OpenSpace, focusing on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own revenue targets for the DACH region and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals. Your responsibilities will include building and executing a territory strategy that encompasses account segmentation, prioritization, and coverage. You will establish OpenSpace's regional presence through your network and industry visibility, winning and expanding strategic accounts.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from the first engagement through to closing and expansion, utilizing an Adopt and Grow approach. This involves delivering tailored demos, proposals, and ROI-based business cases tied to measurable outcomes. You will also create a repeatable pipeline engine and partner with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to run regional campaigns and events.
