Overview

AuditBoard is hiring a Business Development Representative for the DACH region to drive pipeline growth and create new sales opportunities. This remote role requires strong collaboration with Account Executives and a focus on outbound campaigns.

Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to kickstart your career in business development. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with Account Executives to identify and create new sales opportunities. Your ability to manage outbound campaigns and engage with decision-makers at key accounts will be crucial in this role. You understand the importance of pre-qualifying new opportunities and scheduling meetings with potential buyers, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively articulate the value of AuditBoard's solutions to prospective clients. Your proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities will help drive pipeline growth in the DACH region. You are comfortable working in a remote setting while being part of a team that values collaboration and innovation.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at AuditBoard, you will partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities within the DACH territory. You will manage outbound campaigns, working closely with account executives to identify decision-makers at key accounts. Your role will involve pre-qualifying new opportunities and scheduling meetings with potential buyers, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

You will be responsible for researching and understanding the needs of potential clients, allowing you to tailor your outreach effectively. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding AuditBoard's presence in the market and helping clients leverage our award-winning technology to enhance their audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec processes. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of the industry.
