What you'll do
As a GTM Engineer at Posh, you will be responsible for building and owning the revenue systems that power our Sales, Success, and Partnerships teams. You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and play a crucial role in ensuring that our go-to-market tools are effective and efficient.
Your primary focus will be on automating processes and creating AI agents that streamline workflows, allowing our teams to operate with greater velocity. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance our revenue operations.
In this role, you will also be tasked with maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of our core systems, ensuring that they are reliable and trusted by all users. You will continuously seek opportunities to improve existing workflows and implement new technologies that support our growth objectives.
