Overview
Celigo is seeking an Account Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their success with the company's integration and automation platform. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong customer-focused mindset and are dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are skilled at driving retention and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You are adept at managing renewals and proactively addressing any retention risks that may arise. Your ability to coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Product, and Professional Services, ensures a seamless customer experience. You are comfortable tracking account health, usage, and performance metrics, and you conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure their success. You are also experienced in resolving issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven environment or familiarity with integration and automation platforms would be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams are also highly valued.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Celigo, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs. You will drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring overall satisfaction with Celigo's products and services. You will manage renewals and proactively address any retention risks that may arise, identifying and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities along the way. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, tracking account health and performance metrics to ensure success. Regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers will be key components of your role, as will resolving issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
