Storable is hiring an Account Manager to oversee client satisfaction and retention for their Risk partners. You'll focus on building relationships and driving product adoption. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.

You have 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within a SaaS or self-storage environment — you excel at building trusted partnerships that create predictable, long-term value. You understand the importance of proactively identifying and mitigating risk to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Your ability to communicate effectively with partners and internal teams allows you to surface meaningful insights that drive product usage and performance.
You are skilled at analyzing product usage and performance trends to identify growth opportunities — your analytical mindset helps you forecast account risk and develop effective mitigation strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of issues and a seamless partner experience. Your deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes enables you to maintain a strong grasp of your customers' businesses.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Storable, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partners, focusing on their overall satisfaction and health. You will proactively identify, forecast, and manage account risk, developing and executing strategies to mitigate these risks. Your role will involve clearly communicating partner needs and risk mitigation requirements across internal teams to ensure alignment and support.
You will analyze product usage and performance trends to surface growth opportunities, escalating at-risk accounts as needed and executing retention strategies to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty. Leading and coordinating client conversations will be essential to drive adoption, performance, and upsell opportunities. You will leverage CRM and Client Success tools to track engagement, account health, and retention metrics, ensuring that you are always informed about your accounts' status.

Storable offers a competitive compensation package, with a potential pay range of $50,000—$70,000 USD.
