What you'll do
As a Sales Manager at Celigo, you will coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 5 Account Managers, guiding them towards maximizing subscription-based Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with existing clients. You will collaborate with other sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for client expansion and retention, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet their goals. Your role will involve building a pipeline through continual customer contact and collaboration with the Marketing and Channel teams, as well as managing all aspects of the sales cycle. You will support your team in resolving any operational issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth sales process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
