What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the definition of the overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for Celonis' largest client accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales, value engineering, product management, data operations, and information security teams to design architectures that drive enterprise modernization. Your primary goal will be to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by unlocking technical blockers and facilitating engagements with both new prospects and existing customers.

You will be responsible for presenting architectural solutions to C-level executives, ensuring that their strategic goals are met through effective technical planning. Your work will involve exploring innovative solutions with Agentic AI and leveraging your deep technical expertise to guide clients through their modernization journeys. Success in this role will be measured by new customer acquisition rates, retention, and your contribution to the overall success of the sales team and business.
