What you'll do

As the Manager, Services at Jamf, you will lead a regional Professional Services team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer outcomes while contributing to the global services strategy. You will coach and develop your team, helping engineers grow their technical and consulting skills. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success to expand the reach and revenue of Professional Services in your region.

You will be responsible for balancing the day-to-day demands of service delivery with the strategic work of growing the business — this includes building strong relationships with key partners and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively. You will also play a critical role in shaping the culture of your team, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed.
