What you'll do

As a Value Engineering Manager at Celonis, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing the entire customer value lifecycle. Your role involves driving end-to-end customer value journeys, focusing on landing and expanding existing customers while ensuring high renewal rates. You will collaborate closely with the Celonis GTM Leadership Teams to support customers in achieving their strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Your responsibilities include mentoring your team, fostering a supportive work environment, and ensuring that your team delivers significant value to customers. You will also engage with the Celonis Executive Team to support their interactions with strategic customers and senior stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the fast-paced environment of one of the fastest-growing tech companies globally.
