Who you are
You have a strong background in value engineering, ideally with experience in the life sciences industry. You understand how to translate customer objectives into actionable value assessments and proof-of-value projects. Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and build trust is key to your success in this role. You are skilled in running value workshops and creating compelling business cases that demonstrate the impact of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales teams to drive customer success.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and data-driven business transformation. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for value creation and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to secure long-term partnerships. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess business processes critically and propose innovative solutions that align with customer goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Value Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end value journey of our customers. This includes landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing customer engagements. You will work closely with the Celonis Sales Teams to ensure that customers realize significant value from our platform. Your role involves translating customer objectives into value assessments and leading proof-of-value projects that showcase the capabilities of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will facilitate value workshops, engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver results that drive measurable business impact.
You will also collaborate with partners and Celonis Services to accelerate the adoption of our platform across various processes and industries. Your expertise will help customers achieve their strategic goals and realize the full potential of their investments in Celonis technology. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their value journey and ensuring they see tangible results from their engagement with us.
