You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in legal tech or AI/ML products. Your consultative approach allows you to engage deeply with clients, understanding their needs and translating complex requirements into effective solutions. You thrive in high-stakes environments and enjoy building technical credibility that supports sales efforts.
You are comfortable working with sophisticated buyers, particularly in the legal and financial sectors, and have a knack for running proof-of-concept engagements that showcase the value of innovative solutions. Your ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams ensures that client feedback is effectively communicated and integrated into future developments.
Desirable
Experience with M&A and document-intensive workflows is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise sales processes. You are proactive in building playbooks and refining demo flows to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
What you'll do
As a Sales Engineer at Centari, you will be the technical foundation of our go-to-market motion. You will partner closely with our sales team to help AmLaw 100 law firms and financial institutions understand how Centari can transform their deal workflows. This involves running deep discovery sessions, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and translating complex requirements into winning solutions. You will build playbooks and refine our demo flows, developing the technical credibility that allows our accounts team to close enterprise deals.
Additionally, you will serve as a critical bridge to our product and engineering teams, bringing structured feedback from the field that shapes what we build next. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients, and you will play a key part in shaping the strategic account function at our high-growth AI startup.
