What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Cerve, you will lead customer engagements from technical scoping through to production deployment. You will work closely with customers to understand their specific challenges and deliver tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with their operations. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure that the solutions you develop are not only effective but also sustainable. You will take ownership of projects, guiding them through each phase while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing existing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
