You are a consultant with experience in accounting advisory, capable of working collaboratively with teams of professionals, including Big 4 auditors and client management. You thrive in client-facing roles and are eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You enjoy the flexibility of working in various environments, whether in the office, remotely, or on-site with clients. You are committed to making a business impact and developing strong relationships with client management.

You have a solid understanding of operational due diligence for complex transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. You are skilled in preparing financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements, such as 10K’s, 10Q’s, and S-1 filings. You are also knowledgeable about new ASC accounting standards and are capable of conducting research and documentation projects related to these standards.

What you'll do

As a Consultant at CFGI, you will engage in various accounting projects, focusing on carving out business units and subsidiaries. You will integrate with clients' internal staff as a subject matter expert, providing support for operational senior accounting tasks and overall financial team needs. You will participate in meetings and report writing, ensuring that key issues are identified and addressed effectively. Your role will involve preparing operational due diligence reports and coordinating audits, contributing to the overall success of client engagements.

What we offer

CFGI offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package and various bonus programs based on individual performance.
